Village Hotel Manchester Cheadle Cheadle , Cheadle (Greater Manchester)

The hotel rooms were in need of serious refurbishment, with issues like peeling paint near the window, a gaping hole by the front door, and chipped bath. Despite the correctional facility-like feel, the cleanliness was remarkable. The service was top-notch, with exceptionally friendly and professional staff who made our stay enjoyable. The location was decent, but the presence of noisy children hindered the relaxing spa experience. Dining options were good overall, offering a balance between salty and sweet choices.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with nice modern rooms and a comfortable bed. The bathroom/shower room was also very good, offering a nice size for convenience. However, there were issues with the service, as some staff members were disrespectful, but others were helpful and accommodating. The location was great for accessing Cheadle village and Manchester city center, yet there were some concerns about child safety. Overall, a mixed experience with positives and negatives.
